ROW fansites In order to be listed on the Official ROW ONLINE Fansite page, each site must meet the requirements listed below. Only site owners may submit sites for consideration. If you are the owner and feel your site complies with the criteria listed here, please fill in the boxes below and hit "Submit." - The content found on these sites must be entirely about ROW ONLINE. - Sites must be updated at least once a week. - Fansite administrators must be over 18, or have written permission from their parent or guardian. - The site must be completed and online. Your site must already be receiving public visitors. - The site can not contain or link to content which violates or encourages violating the ROW ONLINE Policies. Hate material, including without limitation, defamatory, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive imagery, content or language; B. Pornography or obscene or indecent material; C. Overt Propaganda; The site cannot have an obvious political agenda, or one that has blatant messaging of slogans and attacks on religions, ethnic groups, or personalities, or that would otherwise tarnish ROW ONLINE’s reputation. ROW ONLINE will not link into sites that deliberately exclude large portions of the potential audience. D. Commercial sites. Selling banner ads or offering personal creative materials is permitted. However, commercial sites whose sole and/or primary reason for existing is to serve as a marketing vehicle for a company or product shall not be permitted. E. Use of unauthorized copyrighted materials (without prior permission from the owner of such material). Please adhere to the following guidelines: 1. Never ask for a player(s) personal password or username. 2. Never ask for a player(s) credit card information. 2. Never pretend you are a paid employee of the game, and never ask to meet players in person. 3. Do not make any material available for download or distribution that you know (or should know) contains any computer virus of any kind. We also ask that you check to make sure your fansite adheres to the following guidelines before submitting a request: - Make sure the URL youve submitted is correct. - Your fansite may not contain any links to or advertisements for sites that violate the User Agreement. - If the site is just a forum, some parts of the forum must be visible to visitors without requiring registration. - If the page is “under construction”, or has only a few pages completed when it is submitted, it cannot be approved until the entire site is complete. You represent and warrant that (a) you have the right and ability to enter into this Agreement, (b) you will not, and the use of the Fansite will not, infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of ROW ONLINE or any third party, and (c) the Fansite will not misrepresent the Game or tarnish the reputation or goodwill of ROW ONLINE. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ROW ONLINE for any claims related to your Fansite or breach of the foregoing representations and warranties. ALL MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED TO YOU BY ROW ONLINE “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. ROW ONLINE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, EVEN IF ROW ONLINE KNEW OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN OF SUCH POTENTIAL LIABILITY. * The examination can take a while after your submission is completed. * You will not be notified for the success of your submission. * There may be some minor changes to the submitted information to be listed * If your site does not meet the criteria, the site will not be listed on the official website.
